1989-1991[]

Availability: Seen on Cheaper by the Dozen's first show tapes. Prior to 1989, the chain's live stage shows were not accompanied by video.

1991-1997[]

Visuals: Same as the early variant of the 1988 IVE/FHE/Live/Artisan warning.

1998-2000[]

Visuals: Almost the same as the later variant of the 1980 MCA/Universal Home Video warning, except red "WARNING" is replaced by a red square with the white FBI letters in a somewhat thin font and the blue FBI logo below the letters at the top left in a white outline and the warning text is rearranged.
